- 9″ Double — Two knives, compact, sits flush on a belt. The most popular pouch for boning room work. Holds up to 9″ blades.
- 10″ Triple — Three to four knives, dual compartment. The working butcher's pouch. Holds up to 2 × 6″ boners plus 2 × 10″ steak knives.
- 12″ Double XL — For long blades, breaking knives, wide steak knives. When the standard sizes won't close.
